  • Oil –Olive oil or avocado oil work best
  • Onion –Any type of onion works, yellow or red. Save time and use frozen chopped onion.
  • Carrots –These are optional. Peel and slice them or buy matchstick carrots
  • Celery
  • Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Cauliflower Rice –Save time with frozen cauliflower rice
  • Chicken Broth –Use low-sodium broth if you can.
  • Chicken Breasts –Use canned chicken or rotisserie chicken to save time.
